Description
This colorful, vibrant 75″ x 95″ quilt will make a great wall-quilt in any space. The unique and bold collection of fabrics used make it impossible to duplicate. The sentiment created by the light in each fabric, including the darkest ones, is of places “Under the Sea”. While working on this quilt many undersea creatures came to mind. The backing fabric features under water-like critters on mostly blue tones.
Exhibited at Lake Farmpark Quilts 2006 where it was awarded a Third Place Ribbon. The judges comments were ” bold collection of bright fabrics well used together; yellow borders adds spark; excellent whimsical quilting design complements fabric choices.
